Passenger side High beam not working/ flicking on (HID)

Anyone have similar issues or easy fix for this? its a 2006 A4

I have replaced the bulb and that did not fix it, I noticed it does not make the "clicking" sound when the brights are activated like the driver side does.

No clicking sound would suggest the solenoid controlling the hi beam flab movement is the problem - suggest removing the headlight assembly and testing the operation with a 12V supply. If it really has failed, then you'll have to replace the projector unit itself, unless you can just do the solenoid (BTW this assumes you have Bi-Xenon HID).
