It's a standard color in Hong Kong...

New colors were just announced for my2007. Phantom Black is one of the new colors available for the US market (not sure about Canada).

Default I got my Phantom Black back in Oct05 ....
but I'm not in North America, and I dunno why it's not offered there till now.
