i have a rockford fosgate punch series II sub and i'm wondering if it'll fit where the factory sub is. i took off the back grill and also looked at the sub from below, but don't quite see how to get it out. it has a strange plastic grill that seems to be attached to it.

1. will my other sub fit in there.
2. will modifications be required
3. how can i easily get the old one out?

i'm about to go fiddle around with it, but wondering if anyone has any advice before i do that. there are four screws that look as if they are holding the back deck in place. if i remove them, does it easily come out? perhaps giving me more access to the sub?
