Default Potentially buying A4 with TCM issues

So excuse me if I refer to something incorrectly but yesterday I went to go look at a 2006 A4 2.0T FWD on craigslist with 76,000 miles. Check engine light on, we took it to Autozone and pulled the following codes in such order:
P2181 Cooling system performance
P0507 Idle Air Control System RPM higher than expected
P0706 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit range performance
P2181 Cooling system performance
P0706 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit range performance
P0089 Fuel Pressure Regulator 1 performance

Now, I have done my fair share of googling these codes. From what I could find potential causes for each were

P2181 Cooling system- Coolant Temp sense OR Thermostat
P0507 Idle Air control- Air leak somewhere in hose, oil cap or PCV
P0089 Fuel pressure reg- Fuel Filter, one of two fuel pumps, or cam follower
P0706 TRS- Most likely a transmission range sensor OR transmission (ouch either way)

Other symptoms were the car died when switching from drive to reverse once, and bogged down every other time. PRNDS was flashing on the dash. There was no smoke out of the tail, and coolant was below the minimum. Car died when removing the oil cap while running, which I read was normal for Audi. When I clicked one of the dash buttons, it would flash the coolant symbol, oil symbol, then the word "OK". Not sure if that is normal. Also could feel oil on the rear lower portion of the engine, passenger side. Not spewing out, just could feel it was the grimey gunky oil resting there when I was laying under the car reaching back.

So I guess my questions are:
Is there any symptoms that may point to a different repair than stated above, or on specific repair? And are any of the codes related, or resulting from one common denominator?

Is there any TRS DIY anywhere for the B7's, as I can not find it. And also can I just drop in a new TRS or used one from a salvage car? Or does it need to be programmed to some nature?

I know Audi had a big lawsuit about these TRS's, am I eligible for free or discounted repair even though its beyond 10 years?

And lastly, the least technical. It would be 4k for the car, do you feel that with all those issues, that is a fair price? If not, where would you feel comfortable at?

I know I kind of threw to much in to one post, but I've spent hours googling, and just want some direct answers. Thank you so much!

1st off the seller is smoking some good **** if he is asking $4000.00 for this.
Its not a quattro.
This is a CVT transmission. Big head aches and $$$$$ repairs.
Most 2006 have the A version intake cam. Which is know to be soft and problems unless it was replaced b4 under warranty with B revision cam
You would get no help from AoA for transmission problems as it pass it 10 year recall

Id stay clear of this car imo
