Quattro Snowcircles

Quattro Snowcircles
Anyone else notice how easy snowcircles with Quattro are compared to FWD? I thought it would be about as hard to do snowcircles on the spot with Quattro as it is with FWD, considering that it delivers traction to the wheels that need it most (in this case front wheels, where the traction is). Instead, I was surprised to find out that it was almost as easy for me to do the snowcircles as it is with a RWD car (i.e.: turn the steering wheel, hold the clutch, accelerate, release clutch, etc).
Why is this? Is it because of the new 40-60 Quattro system?

Re: Don't think your A4 is 60/40
I didn't think so either but it's the only explanation I could come up with. Maybe they gave me a RWD...
By the way, are you still interested in the TPM System? I posted a topic for you a while ago but you must've missed it.

Easy to do donuts in the Audi
I think it's because initially the front tires will want to try and pull you around while the back end wants to push, and it's enough to get the car to spin on the spot.
Did this once and I did start to smell my brakes after a while.

Ah =)
I don't monitor the forums too closely, so if you want to get in touch with me, email is the way to go.
Having said that, if I can trust my service writer, my vin is WAUGL58E75A504725 - 2005.5 S4 sedan, with everything minus tire pressure =)
It all depends on the cost...
