I have two broken strap backs on the rear bumper. The top of the original strap backs were mounted by rivet to the metal frame. The dealer informed me that Audi no longer uses rivets and he gave me some screws. The space is too small to drill out the rivets...So how do you get the rivet out?

Don't know anyone that removed the rivets. Most people just remove the straps and leave it like that. The clips holding the valance are incredibly strong, so you shouldn't have an issue with the valance falling off.
