Recommended ATF
Hi,
The recommended ATF for my Audi A4 2005 is G 055 005 A2. However, I am finding it difficult getting it here. Can anyone help with the equivalent oil, preferably Mobil 1. Or, is Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF equivalent to it?

Can you use eBay as your supplier...? I don't think mobil 1 makes a G 055 005 A2 compliant ATF so you are going to have to go with alternative brands. ZF brand ZF G-055-005-A2 ATF is available in the US for about $30 USD !

You might have to bite the bullet and pay the high shipping costs to bring it in from another country. Just look for an online store in a country nearby to minimize shipping costs.

I used the redline D6- about $15 a quart
in my 07 a4 auto ZF Trans code HYH.
went to there website and found that that does cross to my factory Part #. I had the Green looking Atf in mine.
