Default waste of $, had it on my B5 (it doesn't do anything) --unless you've got a new DP

and anything other than just a muffler.

what do you mean it doesn't do anything? im looking for sound and looks, not power or performance. What do you think now that you know what i want? thanks

Default Why get something for sound and looks completely omitting performance...

when you can have the sound, the look AND performance for the same amount of money?

i do not wish to completely omit performance, but my main reason for getting the exhaust is sound, and look over performance. I live in LA, i won't be racing, or taking it on the track. I agree with your message. Do you think Remus is a bad choice for what i want and am looking for?

Default look for a used cat-back exhaust otherwise your wasting $

they all run between $600-$1200. The higher the price typically a larger diameter dp/tubing and/or less droning on the highway.

no matter what don't buy Remus, big waste.

Default Yeah, everyone seems to agree that Remus is not the best when it comes to B6 or B7.

Didn't research Remus enough so I don't know the reasoning behind this. I like my Milltek.

Default Don't know about B7, but I had Remus on my B5.

I also had neuspeed on my B5, have custom exhaust on my TT and have heard plenty of custom exhausts on other cars. The best exhaust I've ever heard was that Remus. Every VW and Audi with a Remus exhaust that I have ever heard sounded amazing and nothing else even came close. BUT as other people said...performance does not increase and it is pretty expensive. If you want to increase performance you will have to run pipes to the muffler from the CAT or better yet from the turbo and that will add to the price. If you only care about looks and sound...REMUS is the BEST in my opinion. It is of highest quality but as I said pricey. Up to you.
