Revo Technik is proud to offer performance programming for the B7 A4 2.0T FSI. Weather you drive a 6-speed manual or Tiptronic. A sedan or Avant, our software upgrade takes this already potent motor to an even higher level of performance and driving satisfaction.

The power band and its delivery are strong and incredibly linear across the <u>entire</u> RPM range. The result is a car that maintains stock drivability in day to day situations yet has a tremendous amount of power and torque when called upon. Additionally the most appreciable gains in horsepower and torque are seated precisely where one drives, between 2000 and 4000 RPMs.

The dynos below are taken from various vehicles (including 2 Audi A3s) on an assortment of dynos from different parts of the country. Since performance variances exist from car to car of the same model and dynos of the same manufacturer, posting graphs of a single car from the same dyno would most certainly contradict the results of any other vehicle on any other dyno. This representative sampling demonstrates how much divergence exists and the range of results one might anticipate to see on their own car. We will continue to add graphs as they're generated.

To coincide with our new FSI programming, Revo will be releasing a new line of SPS switches the most exciting of which will be the <b>SPS-Plus</b>. Similar to the SPS-3, the SPS-Plus will offer the user unmatched control over their programming with the ability to adjust boost, timing and fuel. This enables one to optimize their cars performance based on any number of situational or mechanical conditions. The SPS-Plus will accomplish this via our new downloadable software utility and new interface. This interface will include 3 <b>User Modes</b> which one can store up to 3 different performance profiles based entirely upon their unique requirements. With that, one can quickly change from a profile tuned specifically for the street to a program with more aggressive tuning for either the road course or quarter mile. Of course, a stock mode and our innovative supplemental security system are included as well. Combined with our new FSI programming, the SPS-Plus will give buyers not just a "chip" but rather a completely customizable and powerful tuning system.

Stage-2 programming is also available for cars equipped with aftermarket replacement downpipes and exhaust. Stage-2 files will typically result in increases of 12%-15% over the standard program.

Im happy with my software and its gains cant wait to get that stage II installed. Glad to see Revo on the Forums keep up the good work.

Default Thanks for the update, and especially the graphs.

It is good to see the entire power band, and on few vehicles - NICE! I also see the value of showing the graph as numbers do not tell the story... CHIP makes extra 20HP - not impressive. But looking at the torque curve and power curve tells a much better story. now I understand the funny wording all tuners use with these chips.

Just one nitpick... it is an Audi Avant (no "e").

Finally, and more importantly, what will it take to keep the torque up in the high RPMs. This thing chipped will feel like a nice diesel - efficient but not fun. It is sad to see most of the gains evaporate once you hit 5,000 RPM. (Please note that I am 99% sure all other tuners have the same issue.)

I believe that's the limitation of the K03 turbo.

Default The new turbo design is the limiting factor here.

The compressor side of this turbo is marginaly smaller than the units on the 1.8Ts however the turbine is completely new and is designed for extremely quick and efficient spool up. This accounts for the large torque figures below 4500 RPM. like it's predecessor however, volume and flow begin to drop dramitically after that point.
Reducing restriction at the exhaust outlet side will help efficiency and allow for slightly higher boost levels at higer RPMs but ultimately the small size of the turbo will be the limiting factor.

Stage-2 files are avialable for vehicles equipped with an upgraded aftermarket down-pipe or complete aftermarket turbo back exahaust system.
