Default Rusty spark plugs and coil packs...can anyone give me any insight as to why this happened?

The spark plugs should have been replaced during the 35K scheduled maintenance done exactly a year ago.

My car is now out of warranty and the car is stumbling at idle. Any advice for the weekend?

No plugs at the 35k on the 2.0. They are done at 55k now.

Default It's true

Audi trying to save some money on maintenance I think by pushing the plug replacement out of the first set of services. They also moved the timing belt service up to 75k instead of the 105k interval that they used to be.

Default So if the dealer does a detail and hoses down the engine are those coil packs waterproof? Or.......

is there something wrong with my coil packs and need to be swapped out for new ones that don't allow water to seep in?
