Did the unpainted sline rear valence have the exact same texture/feel/flexibility of the non sline one?

Having mine painted and the guy told my friend that because of the texture and flexibility it will most likely crack during install.

Did anyone have this issue with their non-sline rear valance during install?

I was wondering of the sline rear valence is more sturdy.

i had my nonsline valence painted over a year ago. no cracking, looks great (imo).

My boss ran into my bumper. When the body shop replaced the bumper, I had them paint the rear valence too. It was the non s-line version. It has only been 3 months, but I like the look, and the paint job was perfect. We'll see how it holds up with time.

They guy was mostly concerned with how flimsy it is and re-installing it that could cause cracks

I'm having my s-line valence painted and install this week (I have a non-s). I can let you know after.
