Tiptronic clunk from 3rd to 2nd when stopping.

Tiptronic clunk from 3rd to 2nd when stopping.
Called the dealer and they said there was a remap on the tranmission computer. Trouble is they said they needed the car for 2 days. Someone else mentioned a remap of the ECU. What was this for?

I thought it was just a flash of the Transmission ECU. Shouldn't take that long.
The computer sits under the main ECU, which is in front of the driver under the hood.

took my car in for 5k service today, guess wut took them freaking 7 hours is give my car back and they haven't even figure out the clunk problem.....test drove it with one of the tech, he notice it as well, asked her to check the update, she said the update is only for CTV model..i am like ok, she said i'll have to rebook and bring the car in again when her supervisor is freaking there....jezz
