Tire Pressure Light Not Turning Off

Tire Pressure Light Not Turning Off
Hi everyone, we've been having a problem with our A4. A while back the tpms light came on and we put air in the tire and it didn't go away. We took the car to multiple shops and none were able to turn it off. I'm aware that the spare tire also effects this and it has been checked. Additionally, when we try to set the pressure in the computer nothing shows up when we select tire pressure, just a blank screen. Yesterday we took it to a mechanic again and they replaced the sensor on one of the wheels, but still the light stayed on. I searched around trying to find a fix but nothing has worked yet. Is it possible that it can be something wrong with the fuse or is it something else causing this problem? Any help is appreciated.

Check your spare?
Had it happen when my spare was low.
Reset on my 08 B7 A4 by long pressing reset when turning key on doesn't work. Had to long press followed by release another tap of reset. If you get into the menu and there isn't an option to set pressure, just a blank screen, I wish I could answer that. Agree that VCDS would be the way to go...
