What if the Valve cover breather to Turbo hose is not functioning proper?
I changed my valve cover gasket yesterday and noticed a small washer just sitting in the "breather tube". It must have come from the breather valve and on closer inspection i notice oil on the other side getting into my turbo.
So I am wondering if the oil is normal or if I need to replace this valve and what issues may arise if not changed. https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.aud...6a8db021c.jpeg |

I’m fact I have some diagrams for you to check if you wish. It shows how the pipe work should operate. If the breathers are not working correctly idling will be rough. |

No idea what or where the washer came from. I still have the original breather installed and car seems to idle fine. Although replacing the gasket really cut down on oil consumption. |
