What is the wait time for a A4 2.0T quattro 6MT... with options?
How long will it take a dealer to locate an A4 cold weather package, head light washers,bose/sirius, sports suspension, 17 in 16spoke rims tech package,prem package,rear spoiler. Is the sports suspension dealer installed or factory? Thanks this is my first time buying an Audi...

Well the ordering process takes about 90 days if your lucky.
The best thing to do is be flexable on a few options and have the dealer search for a car in the region you live.
I was hell bent on a few options and ended up getting everything I wanted plus the "S"-line option which they discounted to sell the car since it was an option I really didn't want.
A big plus was this car was already built and coming to the dealer.
Now if it will just get here I will be a happy camper.
The big kick in the pants is the ordering process for 06's I think has ended and for 07's starts in June. I think... not sure

its about 3 months from the factory.
give or take depending on the boat and such.
headlight washers = skip.
sport suspension may be sold order car only so its not easy to find them sitting on the lot. (you have to order it with sport suspension)
16 spoke rims = skip (they are hiddeous)
Unless you ski the cold weather isn't necessary since the front seats are heated with the premium package. I actually ski a lot and skipped on the cold weather this time b/c the ski sack is a pain in the ***. i just fold down the seats. (it will take you 15minutes to try and get it packed back up)

My dealer is telling me early August...
but he can't give me a price yet.
As for heated seats/cold pack, in 07 the heated seats are no longer in the premium pack. You can get them as a stand alone item, or in the cold pack with ski sack & headlight washers.
Orders placed now will be for 07's.

my factory order took almost exactly 3 months
placed order at dealer 12.31
order transmitted to factory (or "the system") on 1.2
car arrived at dealer on 3.29
(the original estimate was for late april)
