Will any bluetooth phone work with bluetooth connection on an 07 a4?

Search the Telematics forums for a link to the latest revision of compatibility list.
Of course, the list only contains phones tested & guaranteed to work. If a phone isn't on the list it doesn't mean it won't work.

Audi website has a list of compatible phones.
That's not to say these are the only ones to work, but these are confirmed to be compatible.

You have to do a mod to get Verizon phones work completely in Bluetooth.
If you do a search here or go to the forums on phones you can find out how

actually i found that, what a small list, i knew that couldnt be all of them, so..
I went to audi germany, and you go to the bluetooth facts you can find an even bigger list of phones that are BT compatible, plus more phones that have cradles you can buy. I use alot of european world phones since i travel alot, plus i might be goin to medschool in germany this fall.
