window tinting
what does everything think the best % for window tint is? i want to get mine done, but don't know much about it.
also, if anyone else lives in PA....i have heard rumors that any window tinting is illegal, can anyone verfiy this?

here's 35% to give you an idea...

I had 18% on my previous car...loved it but it wasn't my daily driver so I didn't worry too much about the law. But this one's my daily so I went w/ 35% on all sides & 20% in the rear windshield...so it looks "somewhat" legal. VA law is 50% on all sides & 35% in the back...b/s if you ask me!

i like the looks of that
i stopped at a local shop the other day, and they wanted $250 (for any level of tint) to install on 4 windows + the rear, and it came with a lifetme warranty. i need to check out other places to compare, but does that price sound about right?

35% on the sides, 20% on the back
If you put a shade darker on the backlight than on the sides it makes the rest of the windows look darker. Also, a darker interior will also make it look darker. On my car both side windows are 35% and the backlight is 20%.
