Audi Symphony Sirius chanel presets display
Hello. This is my first post on this forum.
I have a 2007 A4 with the Audi Symphony radio. I installed the Sirius module in December and everything worked great. But as of May 4th when Sirius did their chanel update my presets now display the wrong chanel. Pressing the preset button takes me to the correct chanel, only the display is wrong. If I reset the preset it then displays the correct chanel name, but when I turn the car off, then on the incorrect names are again displayed.
Sirius has been no help at all. I have had them re-activate and reset the radio twice and still the same problem. I do have a VAG-COM tool for this car already. Is there anyway I can reset the radio memory so that it forgets all the presets info?
Thanks

I do not have a solution yet. I plan to try removing my battery, re-enter the code to get the thing out of safe mode, then try the presets again. Maybe this weekend. I will report back with my results.

removing the battery did not reset the radio, and did not reset the presets. Today I take the car in for 65K service, I will see if dealer can deal with this or not.

I just installed a Sirius module in my 2007 A4 with Symphony II radio. I'm having the same problem with the names of the presets on the display. Has anyone come up with a solution?
Thanks
Thanks
