09 A4 code reading P0299

09 A4 code reading P0299
Hey all,
New to the forum here and looking for some help. I just got a check engine light and the code I got from it was P0299, Turbo/Super charger and under boost. Can any one give me some insight on this? I would hate to bring the car to Audi for a fix.
Aslo what about Vag-Com. Is Ross-Tech the company to go with? I have been interested in buying one, but just want to make sureI can get the right equipment to start doing some tweaking.
