I am going to be adding some coolant to my 2009 Audi A4 and am not sure which coolant I should use my Audi uses the pink coolant so that would be Pentosin SF or Pentosin ++ , I cant find a difference between the two except that the ++ has silicates. So which one should I use and why?

As long as they're both G12 coolant it shouldn't matter. You can also use G13 coolant as an alternative as it's the latest formula and is compatible with G12.
