How do I stream spotify music from my iphone 7 via bluetooth to my 2011 audi s4?

A2DP support was not added to the B8 until the facelift (and only to the MMI/Navigation head units). If you have the AMI interface (in the glovebox) search for what a "Tune2Air" can do for you.

Without some different bluetooth interface, you can't.

I replaced the cord in the glovebox to a bluetooth thing like

THIS.

You have a window to pair once you start the car. On a side note itunes has a nasty habit of playing first.
