2012 A4 Audio Interface
Hello folks,
This is my first post on this forum.
I purchased a 2012 A4 CPO Premium Plus with Nav, Rear Camera, S-Line package 6 months back. Everything seems to be working fine except for my audio..not sure if I should call it the AMI or MMI.
I know there is the SD Card feature for songs but It's really frustrating to plug my iPhone 4S into the glove compartment to listen to the audio. Doesn't the A4 have an Aux? Moreover, I cannot play any youtube videos from the glove compartment either (although my intention is to only listen to the audio). Can someone please suggest a fix for this?

The 2012 A4 MMI cannot play video nor will it pass media from anything other than music from a device including the iPhone or SD card. No apps on the phone will work through the MMI. You can play video only from a DVD and when the car is stationary. There is a Vag-Com mod that will allow for the DVD display video when the car is moving (VIM or Video in Motion. Do a "VIM" search for details if interested in this).
