Hey guys i just took delivery of some chrome exhaust tips for my b8.5 a4. I've tried twisting off the ones already on the car but they wont budge. I don't see any screws or anything either. Anyone know how to replace the exhaust tips?

They are part of the muffler and welded on. So you need to cut them off and weld on the new ones which will damage the chrome .

Are you sure? In this video you can just twist/pull them on and off...

Mine went on as per the video but are really difficult to take off. Manhandling was the only way.
