2013 A4 Quattro - Front Grill Replacement (how hard?)

2013 A4 Quattro - Front Grill Replacement (how hard?)
My wife "bumped into" an SUV with a sturdy trailer hitch while sitting at a red light over the weekend. No damage to him. Her 2013 A4 Quattro plastic grill now has a nice big hole in it.
How hard is it to replace the plastic grill in these? I have the tools to do it -- just curious if others have as well. From the looks of it, I may also have to move the "Quattro" front badging over also (the small silver badge on the grill) to the replacement grills that are available.
Please advise as to steps and time needed if anyone else her has had to do this (I am sure it was also your wife's fault....LOL).
