The part number of the steering rack in my car is: 8K0909144D
I want to buy a new steering rack with part number: 8K0909144J.
Will this new part work in my vehicle?

You can check at https://parts.audiusa.com/ and see, it is probably just a newer version of the old one. Type your car in and see if that part is listed, or type the new part in and see if your car/year/model shows up.
