a4 2013 Squeeking when taking bumps

A4 seems to be squeaking when taking bumps any chance someone might know what the issue is with this car... its still under warranty should i take it into the dealership ?

Under warranty? Sure, take it in. Be sure a tech goes for a test ride with you so he can confirm the issue.

Perfect so i spoke to my audi dealer , and she said she will send the car on a test drive to verify the issue now i have one more problem

Everything on the car is STOCK , however i did replace the front grille could that void my warrenty ? The work was done professionally by a Certified and recognized body shop

She said to bring it in Next week on Wednesday 8:30am ....

No, the grill change won't void your warranty. If a problem resulted from a non-stock grill change itself, of course, that would not be covered.
