I am looking for an answer if multitronic gearbox from A4 b8 2.0 tdi could be fitted on a A4 b8 2.7 tdi?
I am wondering because the specs for both gearboxes seems to be the same.

Though it seems the ratio specs are the same for 2.0 TDI and 2.7 TDI, the transmission codes are always different. So likely different mechatronic software.
There also seems to be different flywheels. Using 2011 as an example, since you didn't provide specifics, for the 2.0 TDI CAGx motor: 0AW105317AK (280mm SACHS) vs for the 2.7 TDI CAMx motor: 0AW105317Q or AL (280mm LUK).

If you look at the listing for the transmission, 0AW

0AW300045M is the part number for all the 2.7 TDI transmission codes.
0AW300045L is the part number for all the 2.0 TDI transmission codes.
The difference probably being the programming to deal with the different engine outputs; the transmissions are likely the same mechanically.

Can you make the swap play? Don't know. You'll either need to be the guinea pig or find a shop that's done the swap.

In theory it is possible to swap TCM and it should be ok?

By the way the car is 2008 A4 b8 2.7 tdi multitronic. Engine CGKA, gearbox LAU

You should probably find a shop who you would have do the actual work and talk the specifics with them.
Not much TDI chat here; you might find more at audi-sport.net or another forum focused on a region that is primarily TDI.

Hello,
sorry but no one could answer this to me so I ended up with only solution is to leave the car at the workshop to rebuild whole gearbox which costed a lot
