Hi, I have a 2008 a4 b8 avant with a b&o radio system. A few months ago the radio started playing up as in it was muted sometimes when car was started. After switching off then going back a few minutes later it will come on and remain on. What I have noticed is that when it fails to work, if I remove the plug to tge amplifier and then refit it wirks every time? ?, any ideas folks????

Could be an amplifier going bad (maybe it got wet?). Mine was replaced under warranty but not because of intermittent audio, mine was staying powered after turning off the car and slowly draining the battery.
