I'm going to buy an A4 within the next few days, and I'm trying to get the invoice price. There use to be several sites that offered invoice prices, but now these sites want your contact information (email, phone#) to put you in contact with a dealer. I don't want to be badgered by some salesman; I just want the invoice price as a good starting point in my negotiations. Can anyone recommend a site? Thanks.

Yes, I went to Edmunds but they just list the invoice of the base car but not options. For example True Car use to list the MSRP and Invoice prices of the base car along with all of the options. Edmunds gives you the base price Invoice and then invites you to contact a variety of dealers to get a price quote for a car that is in their inventory.

I go to edmunds.com then new cars then search by make then audi then A4 then change style (choose prem+ or whatever) then you can select options. Then go near the bottom and select "view summary". That shows invoice, TMV and MSRP in a graphic bar with prices. Generally Audi invoice is 7% less than MSRP (before destination charge)

Audi invoice invoice cost is simple to calculate: List/sticker price including all factory options, less freight, less 7%, plus freight. Audi does not provide "hold-back" percentages to dealers (there are dealer-based overall performance incentives but they are not applied to individual cars).

Just ask the dealer to sell it to you for invoice less rebates. Some will do it with no problem, some you'll just have to stand strong.
