Has anyone added navigation to a 2016 A4 Premium that didn't have it from the factory? This car had an Audi Concert radio with AMI. I need to add navigation to it. I've seen a product on Aftermarket Navigation Car Stereo, Android Navigation DVD Player, Car Navigation Head Unit that looks like it does everything I need but I'd like to hear from someone who may have installed this unit. I'd like to know how the navigation compares to something like a Garmin Smartdrive 61.
