Is it worth it to get the apr k04 bigger turbo kit or will it give the car problems in the near future? The website says its reliable and it's completely plug and play so you can put the original turbo back. Is that a fairly easy DIY?

That kit hasn't been released yet, so it's hard to say. APR is a good company and has been R&Ding the K04 for awhile now, however, any increase above your cars factory forced induction system can't be a good thing lol

the kit has been out from APR for about a month or so... it's supposed to be a nice, relatively safe mod only damaging your wallet. I have no first hand experience with it so have no opinion of my own.

i guess its like everything, if your driving like a race driver 24/7 you might have a lot of repairs, but you might want to ask in the b7 forums, im sure you you will find a few with that upgrade. or upgraded turbos
