Audi A4 2.0TDI S-Line economy
Hi Guys
I just have a question, I drive a B7 (2006) A4 and get 45mpg driving on the motorways and am looking to get the new B8 model, I have test driven it and its much better handling and comfort than the old model, the dealer keeps telling me its great car the car does 55mpg etc etc but i want to know what the real figure is? is this true? can someone who drives this model 143Bhp tell me what the economy is like? Because economy is important for me.
I live in UK so im working in mpg UK standard, thanks in advance.

We don't have TDI A4's. Check the A3 forums to see what they are getting.
We are happy with anything HALF of what you hope to get but our fuel is HALF of what you guys pay.
We also pay a premium for diesel here! The economy is negated after premium cost on car and fuel. We need one more crisis to knock sense into our driving habits. Top two selling vehicles in the U.S. are large pickup trucks. Its crazy here.
