Audi Drive Select
For those of you that have Audi Drive Select, do you find it worthwhile, i.e. something that you would use on a regular basis or is it more of a gimmick?

Yes! (In combination with navigation so that the "Individual" setting is available. At least in the past, the navigation was needed to get "Individual" settings.)
I have the Dynamic Steering and Adaptive Suspension.
I nearly always drive in Individual mode with Engine control set to Dynamic.
I don't know if it works with the new B8.5 model years, but there is information on the web, how to change the behaviour with VCDS so that the car always start up in "Individual" mode.
It might be worth mentioning that besides the possibility to select mode, also in mid "Auto" setting, the suspension is adaptive and change depending on driving conditions.

If the roads are bad in your area, it is almost a must.
I do not have navigation that would allow me to have an individual setting, this is quite annoying because the transmission does not have the S position. In order to put the transmission in S mode I need to select Dynamic which also selects harsher suspension settings and and heavier steering...

Steering and suspension are different on ADS equipped cars. Even if you use Normal mode it is still feels different from a non-ADS car. I can drive the car in Dynamic or normal mode and both feel fine. In non-ADS car steering feels somewhat more vague. Also ADS cars sit lower (same as sports package).
The Dynamic engine mode I think is the same as S mode on regular cars. On my car (2009) it almost never goes into the 6th gear which annoys me if I am driving on a highway. I keep steering and suspension in Dynamic and engine in Normal mode (individual setting - must have Navigation, at least on 09).
Comfort steering mode is useless - about the same as 87 Buick.

I have it and really like it. I like the quick steering ratios, and the suspension does a good job of adapting to the conditions. The downside is the fact that they didn't leave the option to put the transmission in s via the shifter, can't slap it in s nearly as quick/easy via a button. But be aware that Audi has apparently removed the adaptive suspension portion of drive select in the current models.
