So I have a 2009 A4 3.2L and it didn't come stock with any navigation system and I was wondering if it's possible to get the OEM stock one installed?

Anything is possible with enough money, but frankly you'll be better off using your smartphone or get a Garmin or something. As much as I like the integrated nature of the MMI at least the later versions, I wouldn't spend that kind of money after the fact to get it retrofitted. The stock system for your model year is quite outdated by now, so I wouldn't bother. You could retrofit the MMI 3G+ from MY2013+, but again, it's not worth the money retrofitting. You'll have to install the optic fiber bus etc. so it's not a small job.
