You can try the Racechip or the Chipwerke module. I have a 2009 2.0T Cabriolet and have tried both. The race chip module gave me Check Engine Lights, but the Chipwerke module does not.
I think both are the same performance wise, but Chipwerke is my suggestion.
And it does make a difference you can feel.
