2009 A4 Premium, 27k miles, 17" stock rims, 0 track days, live in Michigan (so its not like I'm in a mountain area)

okay so my A4's brakes are squeaking under light brake pressure at lower speeds around 30mph-0... sounds like the noise is coming from the front rotors, and its the normal sound worn brakes tend to make... I don't feel this should be happening at only 27k on a "German Engineered Luxury Sports Sedan"

From the first day I took delivery the brakes felt a little off, because the first 2-3inches of brake pedal stroke does nothing, then as soon as I press it just a hair further the brakes kick in pretty hard... and I'm sure this is causing the brakes to wear much faster than normal...

so I took my car in for its 5k service and got a A4 loaner, and after driving the loaner I could tell my brakes were weird, so I told the service guy and when I went to pick it up the service guy told me he could feel what I was talking about but there was nothing they could do... since then I have had the service guy document the problem at each of my service visits...

Now my brakes are squeaking and I don't feel I should have to replace the pads out of my pocket, do you think I could B$%#$ to Audi of America and get them to fix it?

I would contact AoA if you feel like you're not getting adequate attention from the dealer. They're quite prompt and will get on the dealer.
