Budget Preformance

Budget Preformance
I have a B8 2.0t A4, everything is currently stock besides a resonator delete. I'd like to know realistically how much power I could get for a couple hundred dollars. I'm figuring with any intake, or anymore exhaust mods I will probably need a tune I just don't find standard APR Stage 1 worth it being its $500 for +60hp max. If anybody knows of any tuners in the Tri-State area with good prices or any easy performance cheats I'd greatly appreciate it.

I am very happy with my APR stage one tune. I also have Ingen intake and a spring kit. You should drive an APR stage one before you decide it is not worth it. Anything beyond that is going to be $$$ because you would likely need a K4 turbo.
Also, which Tri-state area? There are many places in the US that refer to Tri-state.

$500 for 60 hp is by far the cheapest $ per HP mod you can do for these cars. I recently upgraded to APR Stage 1 from stock, and what a difference it made. Just my 2 cents.

I'm in North NJ not even 15 minutes from the city, my end goal is K04 Stage 2+ because anything higher on this engine requires serious internal work to not blow up. I'm looking into a pro-tune from a reputable tuner in Wallington who tuned my buddy's WRX that's making like 370awhp, but that's going to run me a good $600 before a downpipe and/or intake.
