Default Check engine light

Solid light came on, had a pressure sensor replaced and the light came on again the same day. Everything else seems fine, no noises, no rough idling, no stalls, or strange odor from the exhaust

Get your local VCDS person to scan the car. Without that, you've got nothing.

Could be time for a new turbo. Do you hear any rattling when driving along a wall or road barrier with your foot off the gas?

I don't hear any noise out of the ordinary or have problems accelerating. The oil has been changed religiously as well as oil filters, I only use mid grade or premium gas, the car only has 65,750 miles on it.

P0299 just means something between the air going into the intake and the air coming out of the tailpipe is not functioning as expected. Yeah, that's not much help, just as helpful as P0299 is.
The turbo or some component of the turbo is frequently an involved part, but it could be elsewhere in the engine as well.
Was the reason for replacing the boost pressure sensor (this is the one in the pipe from the intercooler to the throttle body?) also a P0299?
