Any way to get an owners manual for 2010 A4?

Default Any way to get an owners manual for 2010 A4?
My owners manual with MMI supplement (and the OEM nylon case) were stolen from my car a few weeks back. I had hired a local mobile detailing company "Srub a Dub" in NJ to come clean my car, and this is what happens. Anyhow, i visited www.audi.techliterature.com, but they are out of stock. Anyone know of another place to order? Does anyone have a PDF downloadable version at least?

Audi seems to be pretty tight with their manuals. I've never seen a PDF download. Was looking for a friend when she bought a used 2010 Q5 about a year ago and it came with no owner's manual.

Not for 2010 per se, but it is the Euro version of the 2009 manual.

Check Ebay item 160973460277. I'm sure there are more than one, but that was the first one I noticed.
