Default Cracked Intake Manifold Question

Here's the situation. My check engine light went on. Brought it into the dealer and the diagnostic indicated that the fuel was running too rich-which led them to find a crack in the intake manifold. They originally thought that they may have to replace the fuel injectors as well, but replacing the manifold did the trick.

Following the "fix" I now smell gas outside of the car coming from the engine. It's not overly strong, but certainly noticeable to me. I'm hesitant to bring it back to the dealer as I don't want to get dinged for something else. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what the issue could be?

Thanks

Sounds like an incomplete repair. Take it back and let them fix it.

I should but am hesitant as they will probably tell me it's unrelated and charge me an arm and a leg.

Just happened on my 2015 A4 with 28,600 miles, so probably not. Luckily it was still under warranty or it would of cost $2200 plus 5 hours labor, according to the dealer.
