Creaking suspension at low speed

Creaking suspension at low speed
My 2010 (25K miles) with standard suspension and 18 inch wheels started creaking when turning the steering wheel at parking lit speeds. I took it to Oneonta Audi (1.5 hrs away). The service manager rode with me and heard the noise several times. All he could offer was "hopefully it will get worse so it will be easy to diagnose." Does anyone have experience with a steering/suspension noise like this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Only when turning the wheel?
Once in a great while, especially when slowly navigating a parking garage with speed bumps, I hear an odd creaking/squeaking somewhere in the rear suspension. But it's only occasional.... I have a 2011
