Anyone out there has B8 prefacelift non mmi rearview camera retrofitted on manual transmission car ?

Just a simple question, are dynamic guidelines turning with steering wheel ?

I don't think rearview camera was available from Audi without MMI (i.e. navigation). So I guess you are thinking of a third party install. So specifying which model, should give you more relevant answers.
I have seen a video of such an install (on Concert radio) where the guide lines move.

It's a kit from Roadpassion.
Alot of people say it move but they don't say is it a manual or automatic.

More of them are automatic.

The video I saw was in a manual, but why to you think that matters? As long as the camera activates when in reverse I wouldn't think the signal from the steering sensor would be any different.

I think i have that problem.

Reverse trigger is activated via reverse light, canbus is connected correctly (if i disconnect it then also no picture on screen) lines are still, they are not moving.
Tried tapping into drivetrain, comfort, dash can signals also.

I either have a faulty camera unit or something suspicious with my car.
