EPC and CEL + power loss and shake.

Reviving this old thread. I was driving my wife's 2011 A4 Avant 2.0T to switch to our snow tire setup. I don't drive this car much, and was obviously messing around too much with driving in 'manual' - perhaps the car was not fully warmed up, and I was halfway-seriously doing a light Italian tune up... Anyways, after a couple of manual shifts in low moving traffic the engine started loosing power, EPC light on, CEL light flashing. Low power mode, rough idle, shake, low idle revs, etc. Shame, the car has 42,000 miles and was just in for its annual service one month ago. Very few miles since. I was a 1/4 mile from a local 'European car' mechanic and dropped it off immediately. My Audi dealer is 55 miles away, so hopefully my local mechanic can fix it.
Seems I'll be asking them to check a) coil pack, b) fuel injectors, c) fuel pump, d) plastic intake manifold.
Any other intel? (Like whether carbon build up might be the issue - my wife rarely pushes this car hard. )

So, mechanic scanned and got a bunch of codes... including: 4695, 4698, 4699, P0303 (Cylinder 3 misfire), P103A, P0300 (random Cylinder misfire).
They suggested replacing the spark plugs, but they were only replaced 13,000 miles / 3 yrs ago. They also thought the FI (fuel injector system) needs a service...
But, the first issue seems to be the the PCV valve has a leak, and perhaps the breather hose has cracks... likely leaking air. They are ordering today a new breather and we'll try that first. Then we can try the spark plugs.
I called Audi dealer. I noticed there is a Warranty Extension for 2009-2011 2.0 TFSI Fuel Injectors to 10yrs/120k miles - for error code CAEB. If we get to a Fuel Injector problem, they suggested I tow it to them for a warranty repair.

They got it on the third strike. The PCV valve replacement stopped the squeal, but still cylinder 3 error. Then replaced all spark plugs. No joy. Then replaced the one coil pack for cylinder 3, and works great. I think the PCV was a needed repair. Runs great now.
I am still trying to figure out whether to do a ‘fuel injection’ service... which is supposed to remove the carbon build up.
