Help with headlights
Greetings everyone,
I recently purchased a 2013 CPO A4 not a week ago and I noticed the driver's side headlight is significantly brighter than the passenger's. They replaced the whole assembly on the driver side and the above picture is the result (no difference). Could the issue be the passenger side? Unfortunately I keep getting the run-around and my service guy had the nerve to tell me that it is "normal".
Thanks!

First thing.. there's a leveling system built into each headlight.
On the drivers side, the bulb should aim a little lower, so it shows you the ground in front of you, but isn't in oncoming traffics eyes. On the passenger side, the bulb should reflect higher, throwing light onto the edge of the road and further up.
To me, your car looks backwards. The dealer needs to check that passenger housing to make sure the bulb/ballast is working correctly. and that it is aimed correctly.
If those guys won't do the leveling, there's a white screw on top of the headlight. I think CCW aims it up, and CW aims it down. Just park in front of a garage with a clean wall like 10-15 feet away, and adjust it..youll see the focus point move.
