Higher Mileage 2011-2012 A4 Premium

Higher Mileage 2011-2012 A4 Premium
Hello Everyone,
I am looking at purchasing my first Audi. Being just out of school, I can't afford the newest or newer low mileage A4.
Saying that, I have found a few that are in my price range but I have my doubts being that it is my first car purchase. These are the two cars that I have narrowed it down to:
1. 2011 A4 Premium 113,000 miles; $14,000
2. 2012 A4 Premium 63,000 miles; $22,000
They seem to have mostly the same features(or at least the ones that are listed).
Are high mileage Audi's worth the investment or should I pay the extra money for the new one?
Any information that is available would be greatly appreciated.
