Hot start problem after changing flywheel
Hi all,
I changed my flywheel in february because it was damaged but I started to hear a mechanical noise at every hot start. I attached a video with the problem so you can understand better what is this about. The clutch is the old one, the pressure plate surface was rebuilt and the disk was made with kevlar for better resistance. This problems gets worse when the engine is hot, at cold start is ok, the sound is very low but when the engine gets hot, the whole car is shaking when it starts and it feels like the engine will fall a part.
Checked the starter, it was a little dry, I greased it but nothing changed. Replaced gearbox mount, nothing changed. Any thoughts ? Can be the flywheel factory damaged ?
