Hi All -

I recently purchased a 2010 Audi A4 2.0 Supreme Plus. Absolutely love this car. I just recently had the oil changed at the dealership and everything came back good upon the basic inspection. However, a couple of days ago, after purchasing it, I was taking it to have it washed. After the guys were done detailing and cleaning the inside of the car, it wouldn't start. It would crank forever but not start. I would start and stop it a few times and finally, it would turn over. I figured it was a one off as it may have been sitting on the lot for a while. I drove it 500 miles to see family in Salt Lake City from Colorado. One night we're getting ready to go someplace and it does it again. It will crank but not turn over. Finally, after two start and stops with removing the key, it turned on.

For reference, I've attached the carfax report to see if that may shine some light?

I'm absolutely scared to death of what the dealer is going to say and the cost of repair. Has anyone experienced this? What do you think? I appreciate any help and advice for a new Audi owner.
