I think your location is a major factor but I'd do AWD w/o sport since you can always add all of those parts later (minus the steering improvement) but it's pretty much impossible to add Quattro.

The benefit of quattro will far outweigh the benefit of the sport package.

The seats are a huge and key benefit of the sport package -- aftermarket seats, wheels, tires and suspension would cost more than the factory BARGAIN!
