License plate bracket removal tool?

License plate bracket removal tool?
I need to remove the plastic license plate bracket from my A4 to install a missing license plate retaining nut from the back side of the bracket. The plate is secured to the trunk lid by two bolts with an head configuration that I have not run into before. It looks like a star head (is that the same as Torx?). Can anyone tell me what the bolt is and what tool I'll need to remove it?
Thanks

Well, if it's the same as my '11 A4, those are TORX bits and there are three horizontal pieces of adhesive tape running the width of the plastic panel.

Thanks. I found an old set of torx bits I've had for years but never used. They took care of the bolts. Now how did you get the bracket off? It won't budge. Trying to pry it off would damage the paint. Hard to believe adhesive tape is holding it on, but there are no other fasteners visible.

The tape is 3M # 468MP. It can hold a bumper on a car. Heat the panel with a hair drier and it will be easier to remove with a plastic trim tool.
