Hi all
I am reaching out to anyone who might be experiencing the same issue as me who might be able to advise as I am all out of ideas.
I have an A4 allroad 3.0TDI 2010 with 3G High MMI with HDD and B&O. Here are some of my symptoms I am trying to rectify..
Basic settings revert to a default after reboot of system (or return to car after a few hours) like simple radio memory station stores - sound settings
Telephone Bluetooth is able to connect to phone after some struggle but any pairing is always lost again next time you enter car and it cannot read phone directory at all
NAV system does not remember any destinations etc
Rebooting MMI never displays the splashscreen - first screen you see is he radio

I thought doing an update to the firmware HNav_EU_P0022_D1 might resolve these so purchased 'genuine audi' updates to version 0031 then 257 with maps etc but when I try to apply the update via DVD - it reads the disc fine, and offers the modules it will update etc as expected but at the final stage of process when you start the update nothing happens. You can still toggle down to abort but clicking on start appears to just do nothing!

I have VCDS and cable which on a scan throws out a 03276 - Please Check Software Version Management fault which I have tried to clear via the commonly found process to generate the SVM code and input but again it comes straight back as if the code is not saved or stored. Maybe a previous owner had done an upgrade to generate this error.
Any thoughts or ideas please before I go running to Auto electrician or Dealers?
